College Nurse

If you are feeling under the weather, fist port of call is Sally Maccallum, our College Nurse.  She holds clinics every weekday, where you can just turn up without an appointment (see clinic times below).  Sally can dispense a range of over-the-counter medicines, such as cough mixtures and can give advice on how to treat your ailment.  You can also visit Sally to talk confidentially about any other problems you may have. The clinic is in O5.

Clinic times during NPR:

Please note, during the registration period (first 2 weeks of Michaelmas), drop-in is only available in the first hour of the stated clinic times.

Outside NPR, there is a clinic on weekdays from 12:30 - 1:30pm.  Any changes to these times are advised by email.

Too be reviewed by a practice nurse or GP you can contact Lensfield Road Medical Practice (01223 352779). For advice and information, use the resources beside the College nurse door (O5)or NHS Direct (0845 4647 or www.nhsdirect.hs.uk). Enquiries regarding over the counter medication can be dealt with by the pharmacists at Boots or Lloyd's Chemists.
