Online Maintenance Requests

Please use the form below to submit maintenence requests. For high priority issues, such as lighting and heating failures please use the forms available in the Porter's Lodge to submit your request. The porters should be able to provide temporary electric heaters and uplighters if necessary.

Please only submit each request once. If you are unhappy with the speed of a response to a maintenance request please contact the JCR Services Officer who will be able to help. Multiple requests clog up the system and may delay your request further.

"Raven" authentication is used on this system to provide your virtual signature, permitting workers to enter your room in order to complete your request. By clicking 'Submit Request' you are giving your consent to workers entering your room when you are out. If you have an issue with this, contact the JCR Services Officer for advice.

Request: Please select the best description of the problem. Try and find the right category, choosing 'Other' will delay the maintenance'

Please let us know as much as possible about your problem, e.g. when it started, which bulb/plug, etc. Any special requests regarding when maintenance will enter your room should be detailed here. Please be brief, and only detail one problem per form.
Please check that you have given all required information. Note that, by pressing submit, you confirm that you give permission for workers to enter your room as necessary to handle the request.
