Computer Room

The Computer Room is located behind T staircase and is open 24 hours a day - perfect for those last-minute essay writing sessions. You need a code to get in which you can get from the Porters' Lodge (or just knock and someone will probably let you in).

The room contains 18 PCs, 2 Macs, printers (printing is free!) and a scanner. All of the computers are connected to the Cambridge network and offer internet access, e-mail facilities and access to the Public Workstation Facility (PWF). The PWF allows you to use various software packages in these categories:

Communications and Networking
Databases
E-mail clients
Graphics and Presentation
Programming Languages
Spreadsheets and Statistics
Teaching Packages
Utilities and Accessories
Word and Text Processing

The college plans to update the computers in the computer room this summer.
